Your Acceptance of the Terms of Service

This service agreement ("Agreement") covers the terms, conditions and regulations on the use of the services provided by NSMTEAMDIGITAL. ("EXPORTDATA.US, NSMTEAM.DIGITAL") and Client or the Legal Entity, organization or business they represent. To use any services provided by EXPORTDATA.US, Clients needs to agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement; In case that clients do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, You will need to immediately stop using EXPORTDATA.US's services, delete and delete all programs and data on your system EXPORTDATA.US. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Service Agreement or any documents signed and sealed between the authorized representative of EXPORTDATA.US and You, or the entity represented by You, the terms of that Service Agreement apply. EXPORTDATA.US reserves the right to amend and supplement any and all content of this Agreement at any time without prior notice or prior approval.

Account and Login

  • 1. To use EXPORTDATA.US services, you need a valid login account, which is initialized in accordance with EXPORTDATA.US regulations.
  • 2. You will bear full responsibilities, including legal responsibility and before the law, for all activities and behaviors performed through the account during the use of the service. In the event of any loss or damage arising from your account information and / or password disclosed, EXPORTDATA.US will not be liable to indemnify You.
  • 3. You understand and agree that, in order to avoid loss or tamper with the account unintended (such as hacking), you will not disclose (whether accidentally or intentionally) information about the account. ExportData does not assume any responsibility for any incompleteness, errors, security, viruses, bugs, problems, omissions, inaccuracies or other limitations in, or interruptions in the operation of, the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExportData disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind with respect to the Service whether express, implied or collateral, including, without limitation, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement or that the Service is or will be secure, complete or free of errors, viruses, bugs, problems or other limitations or will operate without interruption.
    To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, ExportData.US disclaims all liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct)
    product liability, strict liability, statutory liability, breach of a fundamental term, fundamental breach, or any other legal theory, for any loss or damages of any kind (including, without limitation any (i) direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage, (ii) lost profit's or savings, (iii) business interruption, (iv) loss of programs or data (including any content), (v) lost revenue or failure to realize expected savings, (vi) loss of use, (vii) personal injury, (viii) fines, fees, penalties, or (vi) any other losses or damages whether or not ExportData is advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from the use of, or the inability to make use of, the Service.

    Responsibility for Data

    We do not make backups of your files for data protection reasons. Always keep a copy.
    While we try to ensure that the service is error free, we cannot guarantee that your files will not be damaged, deleted or lost. You acknowledge that you have a copy of all files and EXPORTDATA will not be responsible for any failure caused by files, sent to us.

    Register - Access to platform

    In order to register on the Platform, the User must complete every field of the registration form with full and accurate information. The data for which communication to EXPORTDATA.US is mandatory are identified as such when the User is registered.
    The User represents and warrants that s/he will be using the Platform in the course of her/his professional activity and, as a consequence, s/he shall not be considered as a consumer under applicable law.
    In case of an incomplete or erroneous declaration, the User's account may be deactivated, ipso jure, without notice and without further formality. The User acknowledges that EXPORTDATA.US shall not be held liable for any of the consequences that may arise from such an erroneous or incomplete declaration.
    The User declares that s/he is able to enter into contractual relationships. Any User being under legal age warranties that s/he received the approval of her/his parents or of the person exercising the parental authority.
    The registration and the creation of a User account is done using the email address that the User communicated to EXPORTDATA.US. and the password s/he chose (for security and confidentiality reasons, it is recommended to the User to select a password composed of several types of characters and modify it on a regular basis) or through a third-party connexion module.
    The personal account of each User allows her/him to update her/his personal details.
    The login name and password are personal and should not be disclosed to third parties. All uses of the Platform done using the login name and password of the User shall be deemed to have been performed by said User.
    In case of disclosure of the User's login name and password, the User must connect to the Platform at the following address https://exportdata.us in order to regenerate a new password.

    Delivery policy


    Our services can be purchased online by payment by card and e-wallet platform and online payment system (Paypal, WEchat, Alipay, ZaloPay). The process is secure and is done through the Stripe Atlas payment processor, being similar to any payment from e-commerce sites.
    The delivery of the ordered services will be activated immediately once payment is processed, the customer will be also notified on the email mentioned at the time of placing the order when payment has been processed.

    Copyright Policy

    Copyright Policy Don't use our services and intellectual property for any form of infringement. You are the only responsible for the data (e.g. files, URLs) which it sends to the EXPORTDATA.US service. EXPORTDATA.US does not monitor customer content.
